LUSH

The concept store for Lush was created to provide a focus on advancing their tactility and technology in store to create individual brand experiences for consumers. This was based around the notion of personalisation, and whether there is a need in the future to expand on the idea of co-collaboration and the future desires of the consumer in a physical store to expand on consumer interaction. This idea was explored through different zones which challenged and expanded on current uses such as customisation, augmented reality, virtual reality and ASMR to create an experiential retail space which focused on creating a consumer - brand connection.

This store is located in South Yarra along Chapel Street based on its tailored customer focused design.
